We have launched verified emails!
Vinoflow’s got a brand-new way to make your customer emails feel more personal and, well, more “you.” We’re excited to announce our new feature that lets you send all your messages directly from your own email account. No more generic “do-not-reply” from Vinoflow and it's super easy to setup. Now, everything from routine order updates to special announcements can come straight from your address, adding that personal, genuine touch your customers will appreciate.
So how does it work? We’ve made it easier than ever. Just hop into your account settings, click “Verify Email,” and we’ll send you a quick confirmation email. One easy click later and you’re ready to go! From that moment on, your customers will see emails from the address they know and trust—yours.
Beyond that, you also add a DKIM and Return Path records in your DNS to improve email deliverability. Don’t know what that means or don’t feel comfortable fiddling with your DNS settings? No problem.
