Customer Reorder Feature

We now allow customers to reorder previous orders without affecting their current subscription. Customers can request extra wine simply by reordering a past order, which is processed as an additional, separate request.

Admins can manage this feature per package via the “Reordering” section in package settings. Here, you can enable or disable the option and set the maximum reorder period (default is 6 months) to ensure orders remain current.

Quick Admin Order Generation

We know that flexibility is key when it comes to managing subscriptions. That’s why we’ve introduced a powerful new tool for administrators. From any customer’s subscription page, you can now click the “Generate Order” button on the orders card to create a fresh order in just a few clicks. Need to offer a one-time discount? No problem—simply add it during order generation. Or maybe the customer wants to skip the next cycle, whether it’s an early delivery request or a change of plans at the Cellar Door. With these options built right into the order creation process, handling special requests has never been easier.

Drag-and-Drop Package Reordering

Lastly, we’re excited to announce a subtle yet impactful improvement for admins: the ability to reorder packages on the website. On the ‘Packages’ page, you can now drag and drop any package into your preferred sequence. This new control allows you to display your offerings exactly as you envision, ensuring that your customers always see the packages in the best possible order.
